What does a portrait cost for a personal pencil illustration by Garry Cobb?

Drawing people (or animals) that are dear to you comes with a level of responsibility. It is important you feel comfortable that your commission is handled with a high level of care and trust. That is why you are welcome to discuss this with me first.

I have illustrated a few famous people for magazines, and even some talented models that went on to appear in magazines after I illustrated them. You can have a look at some of these by clicking on the link HERE.

Once the commission has been agreed it will be confirmed in writing. Half the agreed fee will be taken once a start date has been agreed. This can be transferred from your account into my euro or sterling account. A receipt is given for tax purposes. Once the commission has been completed you can see the result by email or WhatsAp before the illustration is sent to you; framed if you prefer. Once the remaining balance is paid, your commission will be packaged and sent to you by registered post.

I like your drawing (in the ‘Anita’) very much. I wish I could draw like you. Why don’t you make posters? (Like Sara Moon). I think that would be very nice.
